Minimum Rental Period

Vehicles can be rented for a minimum of 2 days, or 48 hours, to ensure efficient use of the vehicle and cover basic rental costs.

Minimum Driver Age

Drivers must be at least 21 years old to operate a rented vehicle. This requirement is set to ensure safety and responsibility while driving.

Advance Payment

After signing the rental agreement, the customer is required to make an advance payment. This condition allows the company to secure the reservation confirmation and cover initial costs.

Authorized Driver Restriction

The vehicle may only be driven by the person registered as the driver in the rental agreement, ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not use the vehicle, thereby reducing the risk of accidents or damage.

PBorder Crossing

Crossing the state border with a rented vehicle is allowed only with prior approval and written consent from the company to ensure legal and logistical protections.

Loss of Keys or Documents

In case of loss of the keys or documents of the rented vehicle, the customer is required to pay a fee of 300 euros to cover the costs of replacement and reissuance.

Fuel and Return

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The customer is required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup, preventing any additional fuel charges.

Responsibility for Fines

The customer is responsible for all parking tickets and traffic violations incurred during the rental period. They are obligated to settle these fines, ensuring legality and safety while using the vehicle.

Long-Term Rental Discount

The company offers special discounts for long-term rentals, allowing customers to save on rental costs when using the vehicle for an extended period, with more favorable rates.

Signing the Agreement

When renting a vehicle, the customer and the company sign a detailed rental agreement outlining all terms, obligations, and rights to ensure protection of the interests of both parties.
